How 'busy' is the cover as a whole: I would say that this particular cover is quite busy but not the extent where it looks bad.

Do most music magazines have a similar number of cover lines: I would say they do, its normally round 6 or 7.
What are the main colours and is there an accent colour: Orange blue, warm colours

ReplyDeleteYou understand that the star is represented very positively. You could add that he is making direct eye contact. The cohesion of the design is partly because there is control over the number of different colours so that it remains looking orderly; the cover lines are grouped and justified to the RH side.
You missed this question: there is a cover mount (a free CD) and this is typical.
